Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

MKE STING GIRLS

MKE STING BOYS

We do not refund tryout fees for ANY reason. We will apply program credits if more than seven days notice is given and in the in the case of documented injury.

Tune-Ups & Clinics

No refunds within 14 days from the start of the event date. Any cancelations prior to 14 days before the start date of the event, a cancellation fee of 25% will be withheld from the refund.

Sting Athlete Training

If a player needs to cancel prior to the event, refunds will be issued as a credit to the player’s account. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided.

Youth Club

No refunds within 14 days from the start of the event date. Any cancelations prior to 14 days before the start date of the event, a cancellation fee of 25% will be withheld from the refund.

Summer Camps

No refunds within 14 days from the start of the event date. Any cancelations prior to 14 days before the start date of the event, a cancellation fee of 25% will be withheld from the refund.

Beach Program

No refunds within 14 days from the start of the event date. Any cancelations prior to 14 days before the start date of the event, a cancellation fee of 25% will be withheld from the refund.

MKE Sting Summer League

No refunds within 14 days from the start of the event date. Any cancelations prior to 14 days before the start date of the event, a cancellation fee of 25% will be withheld from the refund.

THANKSGIVING WEEKEND FOURS

No refunds within 14 days from the start of the event date. Any cancelations prior to 14 days before the start date of the event, a cancellation fee of 25% will be withheld from the refund.
