- Sunday, March 29 - Depart Milwaukee for Atlanta, then Rome.
- Monday, March 30 - Arrive in Rome, Sightseeing and exploring Rome
- Tuesday, March 31 - More sightseeing and exploring Rome, Evening matches vs. Rome club teams
- Wednesday, April 1 - Last day of sightseeing and exploring Rome
- Thursday, April 2 - Leave for Venice, sightseeing and exploring Venice
- Friday, April 3 - Leave for Pordenone to play tournament friendly match followed by Opening Ceremonies of the Cornachia World Cup.
- Saturday, April 4 - Pool play matches.
- Sunday, April 5 - Bracket play playoff matches, Tournament players party in the evening.
- Monday, April 6 - Finishing matches , Semi-Finals, Finals and Closing Ceremonies.
- Tuesday, April 7 - Depart Venice for Atlanta, then Milwaukee.
