Milwaukee Sting Training Opportunities
Milwaukee Sting offers additional training opportunities throughout the year designed to strengthen individual skills, provide focused instruction, and give athletes more opportunities to grow their game. Select clinics are open to both Sting and non-Sting athletes.
Girls Fall Clinic Series
Our Fall Clinic Series gives girls ages 13s–17s additional opportunities to focus on specific areas of their game through skill-focused training led by Milwaukee Sting coaches. These clinics are open to both current Sting athletes and athletes from outside the Milwaukee Sting program.
Open to Sting and non-Sting athletes.

Defensive Clinic
Develop the skills and confidence to be a strong back-row defender. Athletes will focus on defensive positioning, reading attackers, digging, pursuit, and ball control through high-repetition drills and game-like situations.

NETwork Clinic
Focused on developing front-row skills and stronger connections at the net. Hitters will work on attacking technique, blocking, and decision-making, while setters will focus on blocking, attacking, and building consistent connections with their hitters.

First Contact Clinic
Build a stronger first contact and create more opportunities for your team. Athletes will focus on serving, serve receive, passing, and out-of-system play, with an emphasis on ball control, communication, and making confident decisions under pressure.
