Milwaukee Sting Athlete Pathway
A Program for Every Stage of Development
Every athlete deserves a program that matches her goals, commitment level and stage of development. Our pathway provides a consistent training philosophy from 10s through 18s while offering competition that best supports each player’s growth.
Senior Division
Grade 12 athletes completing their club careers through elite competition and championship experiences.
National College Prep
Grades 9–11 athletes pursuing national competition, recruiting exposure and preparation for collegiate volleyball.
Scholastic Prep
Grades 6–8 athletes preparing for high school and national-level volleyball through advanced training.
Regional College Prep
Grades 9–11 athletes seeking high-level development with a reduced travel commitment and lower season cost.
Development Division
Grades 4–8 athletes building technical skills, confidence, athletic fundamentals and a love for competition.

National Program
Senior Division
Program Overview
The Senior Division emphasizes elite competition, championship experiences and preparation for collegiate volleyball. Teams compete throughout the Midwest and nationally against many of the country’s top clubs while pursuing qualification for the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships.

National Program
College Prep Division
Program Overview
Teams compete on the USA Volleyball National Qualifier circuit against top competition from across the Midwest and the nation. Teams qualifying for the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships conclude their season at Nationals. Teams that do not qualify attend the AAU National Championships in Orlando, Florida.

National Program
Scholastic Prep Division
Program Overview
The Scholastic Prep Division emphasizes technical skills, volleyball IQ, athleticism and confidence through challenging competition and elite coaching. Teams compete nationally throughout the Midwest while pursuing qualification for the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships.
Teams qualifying for GJNC attend Nationals. Teams not qualifying conclude their season at the AAU National Championships in Orlando, Florida.

College Prep Division
Program Overview
Teams compete primarily throughout the Midwest while receiving the same player development philosophy and training standards found throughout the Milwaukee Sting program.
Teams conclude their season at the AAU National Championships in Orlando, Florida, with the opportunity to pursue qualification for the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships if they elect to participate in the qualifier process.

Competition is primarily regional, allowing athletes to maximize training while enjoying a balanced schedule.
