Small Group Training & Private Lessons

Small Group Training (SGTs) are for athletes looking for a large amount of quality reps with specific feedback from qualified coaches. 6 player max per groups Limited space before tryouts!

How to Register

  • Contact a coach (list below) directly via email to ask them about their availability

      • Please include “SGT” or “PRIVATE LESSON Request” in the subject of the email.
      • Please include the following in the body of the email:
        • first and last name
        • age(s) and grade(s)
        • skills you would like to improve
        • short history of your volleyball experience
        • possible days/dates/times that would work with your schedule(s)

  • The coach will then respond with:

      • If they are or are not available for SGTs and days/dates/times that work
      • Confirmation on the cost of the SGT

  • Pricing per lesson: – 60 min training time – court rental fee included

      • 1 player: $90 each
      • 2 players: $70 each
      • 3-4 players: $60 each
      • 5-6 players: $50 each

  • Sting and non-Sting members are all welcome!
