RaiseRight Gift Card Fundraising Program
Milwaukee Sting offers the "RaiseRight" Gift Card program (sometimes referred to as "Scrip") as a fundraising tool for our families. Shopping with gift cards purchased through the RaiseRight program is a great way to put money into your Sting account, simply by shopping for things you already buy regularly (gas, groceries, clothing, etc.).
For every Gift card, or Reload, purchased through RaiseRight a rebate is generated, sometimes for as little as 1%, sometimes for much more. Of the rebate, families get 90% credited to your account while Sting keeps 10% for administrative overhead. The credits are calculated and added to your account monthly.
To set-up an account go to RaiseRight.com and enroll using club code: BCAE29122371. You can share that code with your extended family and friends, anyone who wants to help generate rebates for our athlete's families. When you set up an account be sure to list the name of the athlete for whom you are generating rebates.

Family Tip!
Grandparents, aunts, and uncles can enroll to assist with fundraising, too! When you do this, be sure to have them include your player's name and team.
Online payments are a secure way to pay for RaiseRight
We recommend using RaiseRight's Online payment system when purchasing gift cards.
Online Payments securely links to your bank account to your RaiseRight account allowing you to choose electronic debit when you checkout online.
The rebate is automatically credited to your organization, and you don't have to worry about cash or checks.
Online Payments makes ordering convenient! For a small convenience fee of only $0.29 per order, you can order and pay for scrip on your RaiseRight account at any time, day or night. Ordering Schedule & Notes
We will place orders every three or four weeks on a Monday. The schedule showing the deadline to place an order for this season is shown on the right. Physical cards are usually delivered on the Wednesday after the cards are ordered. After sorting and packaging them we will alert families that they are available for pick-up.
We recommend to initially get physical cards and then use the Reload feature to add money back onto that same card.
- Sting suggests that families pay for their cards when ordering by using RaiseRight's Online payment system.
- A second way to pay is to use a Credit Card
- The third way to pay is by check but that method involves greater overhead and Sting reserves the option to assess a 10% additional fee, taken from the rebate for any order paid for by check.
- PLEASE CONTINUE TO BUY SCRIP OVER THE SUMMER. Physical Gift Cards will be available for pickup over the summer months. You can also build-up account credits heading into next season.
- NOTE – Credits for Scrip purchases made after a player is no longer with the club shall be considered a donation to our club.
- Players are considered to be with our club until they graduate, reject an offer, or don't get an offer. Scrip rebates generated up until that moment will be applied to player accounts or, if all player accounts are paid in full, refunded to the families.
