Milwaukee Sting uses RaiseRight Scrip as a fundraising option for our families. Shopping with RaiseRight retailers is a great way to put money into your Sting account, by shopping for things you already buy regularly (gas, groceries, clothing, etc.).
Getting Started
For every Gift Card you purchase through RaiseRight a rebate is generated, sometimes for as little as 1%, sometimes for as much as 12% or more. Of the rebate, families will get 90% credited to your account while Sting will keep 10% for administrative purposes. The credits are added the week of the physical card order shown below.

Family Tip!
Grandparents, aunts, and uncles can enroll to assist with fundraising, too! When you do this, be sure to have them include your player’s name and team.
Online Payments are a secure to Pay for Scrip
All orders must be done using RaiseRight’s Online payment system.
Online Payments securely links to your bank account to your RaiseRight account allowing you to choose electronic debit when you checkout online.
The rebate is automatically credited to your organization, and you don’t have to worry about cash or checks.
Online Payments makes ordering convenient! For a small convenience fee of only $0.29 per order, you can order and pay for scrip on your RaiseRight account at any time, day or night. But what you’ll really love about using Online Payments is your Reloads process faster, and you’ll have access to the loaded money in a matter of minutes!
- 1. Click on the Online Payment link on your RaiseRight dashboard.
- 2. Enter your bank account and account holder information.
- 3. Within 2-3 business days, RaiseRight will deposit two small amounts in your bank account..
- Record those amounts when you see them.
- 4. Sign onto www.RaiseRight.com, enter these amounts in your Online Payment registration.
- This will verify the account, and then you will choose a PIN number to use for online payment.
- 5. Once you complete the verification, you will see the approval code on that page.
- Provide that to your organization coordinator (Ted Schulte, ted@milwaukeesting.com), who will approve you.
- Once you are approved, you will be able to start using RaiseRight.

Ordering Schedule & Notes
We will place orders monthly following the schedule shown on the right. Physical cards are usually delievered on the Wednesday after the cards are ordered. After sorting and packaging them we will alert families that they are available for pick-up. Credits wil be entered into each families account within one week of the order being placed.
Physical gift cards are delivered to the Scrip Coordinator who will sort them and make them available for pick-up. We recommend to initially get physical cards and then use the Reload feature to add money back onto that same card.
- Please note – Sting requires families to pay for their cards when ordering them – either by CC or by using RaiseRight’s Online payment system.
- Using the online payment system allows families to use the Reload feature at any time.
- PLEASE NOTE – Credits for Scrip purchases made after a player is no longer with the club shall be considered a donation to our club.
- Players are considered to be with our club until they graduate, reject an offer, or don’t get an offer. Scrip rebates generated up until that moment will be applied to player accounts or refunded to the families.
- PLEASE CONTINUE TO BUY SCRIP OVER THE SUMMER. Physical Gift Cards will be available for pickup over the summer months. You can also build-up account credits heading into next season.
